So my buddy is working with one of the larger oil companies here in town (think the first name of David Justice's former wife and the last name of the only husband Liz Taylor married twice), and there are two consultants from Accenture that are on site to help with web development.

(For those that don't know, Accenture is the consulting arm of Arthur Andersen that split in 2000).

Sitting in the middle of their work area, which just so happens to be very close to the CIO's office, is a copy of....
